It is our commitment to provide you with the highest level of quality care. If you have a concern regarding any aspect of your care at the Glasgow Medical Center, you may bring that concern to the attention of the Registered Nurse tending to your care.
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request to speak with the Director of Nursing.
If you wish to file a formal complaint, it must be in writing addressed to the Director of Nursing. We will respond to you in writing after your concern is reviewed by the appropriate committee in our organization.
